We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Full-Time Sales Representatives for our Guard Rail and Safety material sales team! Our service area is all of Southern California and our corporate office is located in Ventura. C&W Construction Specialties, Inc. has been keeping California safer since 1948.

Responsibilities –
• Strong client-facing skills & effective selling to an executive, owner, and/or decision maker with a consultative
approach
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Demonstrate cold calling, prospecting skills, and closing of a sale
• Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills

Qualifications/Skills –
• Aggressive, goal oriented individual who has a motivation for sales and wants a career in sales
• Requires focus, customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize numerous activities
• Sales experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License - The license may not include restrictions related to a DWI/DUI conviction
• Basic computer skills, MS Office products
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
