About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse/Delivery Representative to support daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient movement of inventory throughout our distribution system. This hands-on role involves receiving, organizing, and shipping products, as well as delivering customer orders. Candidates should be in good physical condition and willing to learn warehouse equipment, including forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive all incoming products: unpack, inspect for damage, verify accuracy, and store in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and stage outgoing shipments, performing at least two accuracy checks.
• Manage shipments for customer orders, branch transfers, and vendor returns.
• Provide all required documentation to sales, order entry personnel, and the Branch Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and facility at all times.

Delivery & Logistics

• Deliver customer orders using a company or personal vehicle.
• Load vehicles, plan efficient delivery routes, unload products, and obtain required signatures.
• Coordinate with freight carriers (UPS, FedEx, trucking companies) for outgoing shipments.
• Pick up vendor products and return customer items as needed.

Equipment & Vehicle Care

• Operate or learn to operate lifting devices, including forklifts.
• Keep company vehicles clean and ensure regular servicing is completed.

Other Duties

• Assist with various support activities as requested by the Branch Manager.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers, vendors, and coworkers.

Performance Expectations

• Support company, region, and branch sales and profitability goals.
• Contribute to improving inventory turns and managing branch operating expenses.
• Ensure high accuracy in order fulfillment and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Complete daily operational duties required for smooth branch operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift products as required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
